Anzac Day Brunch at Cooke's Restaurant & Bar

Join us this Anzac Day, 25 April, for a very special Anzac Day Brunch at Cooke’s Restaurant & Bar at Hotel Grand Windsor.

This year commemorates the centenary of the ANZACs, 2015-2018 and Cooke’s Executive Chef, Jinu Abraham, has curated a special brunch menu containing some favourite recipes of the day.

If you are planning on heading to one of the Dawn Parades around Auckland, why not make the trip into the city after the parade and join us here at Cooke’s Restaurant & Bar for one of our wonderful savoury dishes or maybe a savoury treat, including traditional Anzac cookies.

One of the highlights on the menu includes the Gunfire Breakfast – a traditional Kiwi breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs and baked beans. If you are looking for something a bit lighter, our Corn Fritters with avocado and peas are always a popular choice or maybe a Kiwi classic of Eggs Benedict.
