Our Easter Brunch menu has been specially curated by our head chef, Jinu Abraham, and contains all your seasonal favourites. Enjoy a wonderful atmosphere in our very own Cooke’s Restaurant & Bar and enjoy a two course Easter Brunch which includes a sumptuous dessert.
Highlights on the menu include our delicious Ricotta and Spelt Hotcakes, served with lemon curd and poached fruits or maybe give our grilled prawns with mushroom risotto a try for something a bit different.
Our desserts are crowd pleasers. If you are looking for an Easter chocolate fix, try our Chocolate Bar with marshmallow and roasted crumbs or for something a bit fresher, give out Coconut and Elderflower Berry Sorbet a try.
