Our carefully crafted 6-course degustation menu features locally sourced, fresh and organic ingredients. The menu is designed around summery classics with a modern twist, think salmon rilette with fennel seed cracker and licorice followed by cured venison with pate, brioche and spiced marmalade.
It doesn’t end there with a divine dessert created for the sweet tooth in all of us – aperol and olive cake with almond sorbet, orange and valrhona mousse to round off an exquisite meal.
The New Year’s Eve degustation menu is priced at $190pp, including a glass of champagne on arrival with the option to add matched wines at $80pp.
